Shipley Do-Nuts currently has over 340 locations and is looking to continue franchise expansion in the southern U.S. and east coast. Shipley recently signed commitments to develop 25 new locations in Maryland and 30 new locations in Georgia.
Mid-Atlantic Do-Nuts LLC, owned and led by cousins Brian Lemek Jr. and John Egan, will open their first Shipley Do-Nuts location in Odenton, Maryland, in Q4 of this year. They plan to grow to the full 25 Maryland locations shortly after that. The two cousins decided Shipley was a great fit for them after looking into our brand and falling in love with our donuts and the Shipley story.
Our new locations in Georgia will be owned and operated by two different franchisee groups: Dallas-based ARFD Foods LLC and Sweet Donuts Investments Inc. Both groups were looking for rapidly growing businesses with a high-quality product, which made Shipley a perfect fit! The first Georgia location will also open in Q4 of this year, in Duluth, with the expansion continuing throughout the greater Atlanta area.

Shipley Do-Nuts is looking to expand in our current markets and has over 350 locations planned throughout Texas, Georgia, Maryland, Tennessee, Florida, and Colorado in the next 5 years.
