Hands-On Pre-Opening Training

There’s a lot that goes into owning and operating a Shipley Do-Nuts franchise.  If you’re new to our industry, our pre-opening training is meant to teach you everything you’ll need to know to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of your new business venture.

About a month before your grand opening, you and up to two of your staff members will spend time in one of our certified training stores, where you’ll get hands-on experience in what it takes to be a successful Shipley owner. Our expert instructors will be by your side to teach you all about inventory control, sales and marketing, customer service, staffing, bookkeeping, and much more. After this comprehensive training, you should feel confident about your abilities and ready to start making life delicious in your community!

Your pre-opening training will be the foundation upon which to grow as you leverage our time-tested business model to run your franchise. But our help doesn’t stop there! After your doors open and you begin serving up our deliciously sweet do-nuts and kolaches to your community, you can count on ongoing support that’ll keep you ahead of the competition and ready to meet the demands of business ownership.
